Job Description
ALN Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relationship Executive to enhance our client base. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing back-end sales support and developing effective strategies for building strong relationships with key customers, architects, and interior designers, thus expanding our business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through diligent follow-up.
- Accurately document client inquiries and interactions.
- Work independently while collaborating with various departments for data management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.
