Job Description
Altruist Fostering Services is seeking a Recruiter cum Admin with over 1 year of experience to join our consulting firm located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Job Description:
You will oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes drafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates. You will coordinate with recruitment agencies, handle recruitment for Company Secretary roles, and maintain up-to-date recruitment databases. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and assist with office administration activities.
Salary: Up to ₹30,00 per month (negotiable).
