Job Description
AMA LAMINATORS PVT. LTD. seeks a full-time Supervisor for plywood manufacturing at Inkel City, Malappuram. The candidate must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in plywood production and strong knowledge of plywood processes, machinery, raw materials, reporting, communication, and leadership.
- Oversee daily production to meet targets and maintain quality
- Manage operators, shop-floor discipline, and safety enforcement
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores
- Submit daily production and manpower reports
Diploma/ITI/graduate preferred; technical qualifications are an advantage. Salary: ₹20,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. On-site position.

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
