Job Description
Antino Labs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts. You will develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies, source and screen candidates, and manage the interview process. Your role will also include enhancing our employer branding, participating in job fairs, and building talent pipelines for critical roles.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with over 3 years of recruitment experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
