Job Description
Anutej Group is seeking a dedicated BPO Associate to join our team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional support for our products and services, resolve customer inquiries, and process orders. You will also be responsible for data management, maintaining accurate customer records, and assisting with financial reporting.
Your responsibilities will include supporting team operations by overseeing schedules and attendance, contributing to recruitment and training efforts, and ensuring quality assurance standards. Additionally, you will handle email correspondence and prepare essential documentation as needed.
