Job Description
Aptive Technologies is looking for a committed Call Handler to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be tasked with:
- Providing prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Escalating issues to management when appropriate.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies during customer interactions.
- Conducting follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Remaining informed about our products and services through ongoing training.
- Confirming and clarifying client requests and issues.

Pay: ₹9,676.42 – ₹35,797.27 per month
