Aralia Hotels is looking for a dedicated and efficient Front Office Executive to elevate our guest service experience. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs with precision, addressing inquiries and reservations, and supervising junior front office staff. You will also coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, ensure billing accuracy, manage payments, and promptly resolve guest complaints. Additionally, you will provide support to the Front Office Manager in daily operations.
