Ashok Mineral Enterprises is looking for a committed Office Executive & Assistant to provide support to our COO. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Organizing files and managing data using Excel
• Coordinating with vendors and clients effectively
• Assisting with phone communications and managing correspondence for the CEO
• Scheduling and booking travel arrangements
• Conducting preliminary HR interviews and maintaining employee records
• Monitoring attendance and managing housekeeping responsibilities

Requirements: Candidates must be proficient in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and possess fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹9,794.81 – ₹25,00.00/month, with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and paid time off.
