We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director and ensure smooth daily operations and efficient communication. Responsibilities include:
- Managing correspondence, emails, and calls
- Preparing reports, presentations, and proposals
- Coordinating travel and accommodations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining confidential files and supporting special projects
This full-time, permanent, in-person role offers ₹20,748.39–₹32,730.34 per month, plus health insurance and Provident Fund. The successful candidate will serve as the Director’s primary point of contact and help optimize executive productivity.
