At Atos, located in Pune, IN, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in accounts receivable or medical billing and demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with both patients and insurance providers.

Responsibilities include:

• Following up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Accurately documenting all interactions.
• Resolving billing discrepancies with insurance companies.
• Ensuring timely collection of payments.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in AR Calling or medical billing.
• Excellent communication skills.
