Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome for patients and visitors, both in-person and via telephone, while efficiently managing inquiries.
Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments to enhance patient satisfaction and overseeing the overall flow of appointments. You will also provide comfort to patients by addressing their concerns and maintaining a friendly reception area.
Additionally, you will manage patient records, update personal and financial information, and assist patients in distress during emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month
Schedule: Rotational shift
