Job Description
Austren Solutions is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the Telecalling and Documentation position. This role encompasses two primary responsibilities:
Telecalling:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote our products and services.
- Manage incoming calls, swiftly providing information and resolving any issues.
- Engage with customers to establish rapport and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Accurately record call details and customer feedback in our CRM system.
Documentation:
- Collaborate with government entities to process subsidy claims for solar installations.
- Prepare necessary KSEB documentation for approvals related to solar projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Entry-level
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
