Job Description
Avalon Software Services India Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed Back Office Executive to oversee and coordinate daily operational processes, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with timelines.
The role includes:
- Monitoring workflows and adhering to deadlines.
- Collaborating with Client Servicing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing process enhancements.
- Documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Tracking performance metrics and addressing operational challenges.
- Providing support and resources to team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹19,437.02 – ₹29,120.83 per month
Shift: Day, Morning, and Night shifts available.
