Job Description

Aviyana Ventures Pvt Ltd is in search of a dedicated Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operations and enhance patient care within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, addressing inquiries via phone and in-person, scheduling appointments, and maintaining comprehensive patient records. Additional duties include assisting patients with medical forms, processing payments, transcribing physician notes, and managing multi-line phone calls. The Administrator will also ensure patient confidentiality, maintain the reception area, and manage office supplies while updating patient insurance details.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to ₹35,00.00/month | Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Receptionist/Admin role required.
