Job Description
We are seeking a Female Candidate with a strong command of English and prior hospital experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients professionally, both in person and on the phone.
- Quickly address inquiries or direct them accordingly.
- Optimize provider schedules and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Notify providers of patient arrivals.
- Comfort patients by addressing their concerns and questions.
- Retrieve and update patient records for treatment information.
- Verify financial records and manage patient charges.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
