Job Description
Backwater Ripples Pvt. Ltd seeks a dedicated Reservation Executive for its Kumarakom resort. This full-time, permanent on-site position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels or resorts. The role involves managing reservations, responding to guest communications, updating rates and availability, and coordinating with Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless booking operations.
