Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Retail Promoter to join our team at BALAJI GRAND BAZAR. This position entails engaging with customers, showcasing product features, and enhancing sales through outstanding customer service and effective in-store promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote products to customers to drive sales.
- Engage with customers and articulate product benefits.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: 10th/12th grade; graduation is preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives, ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month.
