Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise banana operations and support farmers.
- Maintain quality and hygiene during harvesting.
- Manage equipment and workforce for productivity.
- Oversee packhouse operations for safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
- 1-4 years of agribusiness experience preferred.
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
