About the Role:
BENIEVA is looking for dynamic Accounts Receivable Follow-Up Representatives with expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidates will possess strong denial management skills and a proven track record of effective communication with insurance providers regarding claims status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform follow-up on accounts receivable with US insurance companies.
- Resolve denied claims and maintain thorough documentation of communications.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year and up to 4 years in medical billing, exceptional English communication skills, and a willingness to relocate to Kochi are required.
