Job Description
BHANU CONSTRUCTIONS is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage construction activities on-site, supervise workers and subcontractors, ensure quality control, enforce safety compliance, monitor project progress, manage resources, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
Qualifications: A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret construction drawings.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
