Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Track shipments and address any documentation-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with both internal departments and external agencies.
- Manage Letter of Credit documentation and ensure timely submissions to banks.
