Job Description
Birla Open Minds International School is seeking a dedicated KG Coordinator to oversee the operations and academic performance of our Kindergarten section through grade 2. This vital role includes responsibilities such as curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and evaluating student progress. The KG Coordinator acts as a liaison between school administration, teachers, students, and parents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.
- Professional certifications in early childhood education are preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience coordinating Kindergarten to 2nd grade.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
