Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage daily bookkeeping, GST filings, invoice processing, and support monthly and quarterly financial reporting for client accounts.
- Maintain ledgers using Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and handle TDS deductions/filings
- Assist with monthly MIS, bank/vendor/customer reconciliations, and statutory compliance
- Prepare invoices, manage receivables/payables, and support internal audits
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial data and filings
