Job Description
Blitz Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, target-driven Admission Counselor to join our EdTech team in Bangalore. This full-time, permanent, in-person role requires guiding prospective students through course options and career pathways, managing inbound and outbound inquiries, following up leads, updating CRM records, coordinating onboarding, and supporting webinars and events.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years’ experience in academic counseling or EdTech sales; strong communication and interpersonal skills; CRM proficiency; target-oriented.
- Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam required. Inside sales/telecalling experience preferred.
- Compensation: ₹300,00–₹420,00 per year.
