Job Description
Bloom Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet clients, maintain a positive office atmosphere, and efficiently manage phone calls.
Responsibilities include welcoming guests, ensuring accurate registration, allocating rooms courteously, handling payments, and coordinating departures. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹17,00.00, including benefits.
