Blueserene Resorts, a distinguished 5‑star waterfront property near Guruvayur (11 km) and Thrissur (18 km), invites applications for an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations.

• Lead menu development, kitchen staff, banquet catering, and uphold HACCP/FSSAI hygiene standards.
• Oversee food cost control, purchasing, inventory and quality assurance.
• Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management and 7–10 years’ culinary experience, including 2–3 years as an Executive/Senior Chef.
• Strong expertise in South and North Indian, Continental and international cuisines required.

Full-time, on-site position. Salary: ₹60,00–₹70,00/month. Benefits: staff meals, paid time off and provident fund.
