Bombay Surgical Co is seeking a dedicated Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and includes tasks such as handling incoming calls and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present a professional appearance and greet visitors warmly.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and manage visitor coordination.
- Handle mail, packages, and assist with scheduling meetings.
Timing: 11 am to 8 pm, with weekend work required.
