Job Description
We are seeking a professional Restaurant Captain to lead front-of-house operations at our Indian and continental restaurant. The Captain will supervise and train the service team, take and deliver orders, monitor guest satisfaction, maintain service reports, and ensure smooth floor operations. Candidates must have proven team leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to high-quality hospitality.
