Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Front Office Executive who possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. As the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a vital role in providing a seamless and professional experience at our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism.
- Respond to phone inquiries and manage them swiftly.
- Schedule appointments and keep accurate front desk records.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills, including MS Office.
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
