Job Description
Brainwire Analytics seeks a full-time Academic Advisor to guide prospective students through program selection and admissions. The role involves counseling candidates; converting inquiries into enrollments via calls, WhatsApp, email and webinars; maintaining CRM records; collaborating with marketing and academic teams; and achieving monthly targets.
- Requirements: 1+ year in academic counseling, admissions, or sales; excellent communication; CRM familiarity; disciplined, target-driven follow-up; mandatory short self-introduction video.
- Preferred: strong rapport with students and parents, persuasive presentation skills, EdTech experience.
- Compensation: ₹20,00–₹25,00 per month.
