Job Description
Brets-Bestraits Residential English Training is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to become a key member of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls to engage potential and existing customers, offering detailed information about our services while generating leads and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and address customer inquiries
- Clearly explain products and services, highlighting their benefits
- Maintain and update our customer database
- Follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction
- Professionally manage customer queries
- Meet daily and monthly call targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month

Requirements
