Job Description

Brightchamps is seeking a passionate and committed Academic Counselor to enhance our innovative team. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our mission, foster strong relationships with clients, and effectively manage our CRM database. You will collaborate with colleagues to execute growth strategies and engage with leads through various communication channels.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, exceptional communication skills, a minimum of six months’ experience in international sales, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This is a full-time remote position with evening shifts from 2 PM to 2 AM. The salary ranges from ₹3.00 – ₹3.80 per year, in addition to benefits.
