Job Summary: As a Customer Service Executive, you will assist the supervisor with paperwork, manage inspection samples, and handle client inquiries. Your role involves maintaining systems like IBMS and preparing summary reports.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the Hong Kong office for inspections. Prepare inspection files, handle invoicing, and ensure timely reporting to maintain client satisfaction.
