Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Executive to support our supervisors with essential paperwork, facilitate the distribution and collection of inspection samples, and manage systems like IBMS. This role also requires attending to client inquiries and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with both local and international clients, factories, and vendors.
- Manage inspection orders, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Oversee sample control and update job assignments for inspectors.
- Prepare invoices and assist management with various administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
