Job Description
Join us at Burns & McDonnell as an IT Service Desk professional. In this role, you will handle daily hardware and software troubleshooting calls, facilitate Azure login ID creation and deletion, and support new joiner setups. You’ll be responsible for installing operating systems, managing software installations via SCCM, and troubleshooting MacBook issues.
Additional responsibilities include maintenance of audio-visual rooms, printers, and plotters, along with incident and task tracking through ServiceNow. Strong writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
Qualifications: A diploma or degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
