Job Description
CADD LABS is inviting applications for the position of Telecaller Executive to enhance our dynamic team.
Office Hours: 3 PM to 8 PM
Location: Gandhipuram
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to engage prospective clients and students.
- Clearly articulate training programs and services offered.
- Manage incoming calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Follow up with leads, fostering consistent communication.
- Maintain accurate call logs and compile daily reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications: Female candidates with strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English are preferred. Freshers and individuals with basic computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: ₹5,00 – ₹6,00 per month for a part-time evening shift, totaling 30 hours weekly.
