Job Description
Cake Studio Kitchen PVT LTD seeks a professional Customer Service Team Member for a full-time, permanent on-site role. The successful candidate will greet guests, take and process orders, assist with menu recommendations, handle POS billing and payments (training provided), coordinate with the kitchen for timely service, and address customer inquiries courteously to ensure a pleasant café experience.
