Job Description
CanApprove Consultancy Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our finance team in Thrissur. The successful candidate will manage the collection of funds from clients using direct communication methods such as telephone and email. This role is crucial for maintaining our cash flow and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients, manage accounts receivable, maintain accurate records, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with finance teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3 years of field sales experience required.
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00/month. Full-time position with benefits.
