Job Description
Capgemini Engineering is actively looking for a proficient Collab/UCCE Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the management of CUCM, IMP, CUC, CER, and both Analog and Digital Gateways, along with critical media resources. Your knowledge of protocols, including H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS, will be essential for success.
The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of UCS Servers and VMware Virtualization, complemented by robust consulting and troubleshooting abilities. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TFTP, NTP, and LDAP is highly desirable. Additionally, you will participate in implementation and migration projects.
