Job Description
Capita is seeking a motivated Apprentice to join our team in Pune, India. This role will emphasize delivering exceptional customer service while enhancing overall service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries from Capita managers and employees via multiple communication channels, processing payroll transactions promptly, and gaining a thorough understanding of pension schemes to support stakeholders.
Key tasks will involve managing HR operations within Workday, assisting with onboarding processes, and contributing to content design and development. Furthermore, you will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries regarding statutory compliance, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) matters.
