Job Description
Career Comfort is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in US Healthcare (Inbound Voice). This position is located in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, and offers an on-site work environment with complimentary cab drop service.
Shift Details:
– Night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
– Fixed weekends off: Saturday and Sunday
Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent support without any sales targets.
Requirements:
– Excellent English communication skills with a neutral US accent.
– Minimum education: 12th grade; graduation or diploma is an advantage.
Salary ranges from ₹15,00 to ₹19,00 per month, alongside benefits such as travel allowance and performance bonuses.
