Job Description

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Key Account Assistant II plays a vital role in supporting both face-to-face and remote sales efforts for new and existing customers across various sales channels. In this position, you will evaluate customer needs and provide recommendations for suitable products and solutions under direction.

Key Accountabilities:

Your responsibilities will include traveling within the designated area to engage with accounts, monitor stock and inventory levels, process product orders, maintain accurate inventory records, enhance item visibility, build relationships with store management, and resolve any clerical or customer support issues.
