Job Description
Join Cargill as a Laytime and Invoice Operator, where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service. This position involves performing basic laytime calculations, engaging in negotiations, and issuing freight invoices, all essential to facilitating the export and import of commodities from seaports worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing charter parties, monitoring laytime operations, and calculating demurrage charges. You will work closely with marine coordinators and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in computer applications and a solid understanding of shipping administration are highly preferred.
