Job Description
Job Purpose and Impact: The Key Account Assistant II will collaborate with our team to facilitate both in-person and remote sales efforts aimed at attracting new and retaining existing customers. This role encompasses direct and indirect selling through various channels, evaluating customer needs, and recommending suitable products and services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Travel to engage with client accounts.
- Monitor stock levels and place product orders.
- Ensure accurate product inventory management.
- Assess and optimize item placement on shelves.
- Establish strong relationships with store management.
- Address complex support inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
