Job Description

CELSE LABS is seeking an experienced Admission Counselor to drive enrollments in Kochi. This is a full-time, in-person sales role for assertive, target-driven telesales professionals (no freshers).

• Responsibilities: cold-call prospective students and parents; present and pitch programs; negotiate and close admissions; convert leads into enrollments.
• Requirements: any degree; minimum 1 year of EdTech telesales experience; strong pitching, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Compensation & benefits: ₹21,00–₹30,00/month plus incentives, cell phone reimbursement, and paid sick time. Job type: Full-time, Permanent.
