Job Description

We are seeking a full-time US IT Recruiter to work Day 1 on-site in Begumpet, Hyderabad (6:30 PM–3:30 AM). The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of US IT recruitment experience, including at least 2 years supporting state government clients.

• Proven experience with MSP/VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass, PeopleFluent), public sector portals, and employment types (C2C, W2, 1099).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for state/local government projects: source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster and internal databases; submit candidates through VMS; negotiate rates; maintain compliance documentation, ATS tracking and weekly metrics.
• Build pipelines for PMs, BAs, Developers, QA, Data Engineers and ERP specialists. Strong communication, sourcing and negotiation skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines required.
