Job Description
We seek a responsible Hostel Warden to oversee daily boarding operations, ensure student safety, enforce policies, supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and maintain accurate records. The Warden will support residents’ welfare, handle emergencies, liaise with parents and administration, and organize community events.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; prior hostel/boarding management experience
- Skills: strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving; basic first aid certification
- Availability: flexible hours and the ability to maintain discipline with empathy
