Job Description
Chandra Honda is on the lookout for a committed Customer Care Executive to strengthen our customer relationships and optimize service operations. The ideal candidate will efficiently address customer inquiries, assist with service requests, and effectively escalate unresolved issues.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, sending timely reminders, and fostering customer engagement through thoughtful communications, including birthday wishes and service notifications.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between ₹13,00.00 and ₹15,00.00 per month, with added benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a provident fund. The role requires in-person attendance during day shifts.
