Job Description
Chennai Sakthi Steel Products (P) Ltd. is eager to welcome a highly motivated and results-oriented Process Supervisor to our production team. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field, along with 0-2 years of experience.
Key Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; self-driven with a commitment to safety protocols and company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain production schedules, organize workflow, train new staff, address quality concerns, and ensure a clean work environment.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: ₹20,00.00 – ₹24,00.00 per month.
