Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IVR Cyara Test Engineer to join our team at Cognizant, located in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in testing, specifically with Cyara. If you have strong skills in designing and implementing automation scripts for IVR call flows, developing functional and regression test scripts using Cyara Velocity, and conducting IVR health checks with Cyara Pulse, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities include validating dynamic IVR prompts, performing end-to-end system testing, and executing load testing of IVR systems. Excellent communication skills are essential.
